Hi, I’m Kristyn Lawson. I am the proud owner of Urbanbleu for 18 years, and with 25 years of experience in the industry, I’ve made it my mission to create a salon culture that’s all about growth—both professionally and personally.
My claim to fame? Speed. I’m known for my quick, yet precision-driven cuts and color transformations. Whether it’s a fresh new cut or a color makeover, I pride myself on delivering results that not only look amazing but are done efficiently—because your time matters.
The Urbanbleu team is a close-knit group that loves what we do and enjoys spending time together—whether that’s collaborating at work or hanging out in Downtown Rogers. I love being in DTR as Rogers is my hometown. You can always find us enjoying the local scene, supporting each other both inside and outside the salon.
When I’m not behind the chair, I’m cherishing time with my daughters, Kamryn and Ciera, and my two fur babies, Ollie and Bruno. I’m also into staying active, puzzling, enjoying the great outdoors, boating on Beaver Lake, and letting my creativity flow in everything I do.

ESTHETICIAN & NEILL X SMASHBOX MAKEUP EDUCATOR
Hi, I’m Kamryn! I am an Aveda-trained esthetician with five years of experience. I specialize in creating flawless bridal makeup, natural glam, and stunning looks for special events. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty and make you feel your absolute best. I’m also a certified makeup educator in collaboration with Smashbox Makeup, so I love sharing my knowledge with aspiring artists and beauty enthusiasts. Beyond makeup, I offer dermaplane services, facial waxing (including expert brow shaping), and lash lift and tint treatments to help you maintain a polished and refreshed look.
Born and raised in Rogers, AR, I have a deep love for my community. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me on a spin bike, relaxing at home with my three kitties, or grabbing a cocktail with friends. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and making memories with my loved ones. I can’t wait to help you look and feel your best—whether it’s for your big day, a night out, or just because!
COLOR SPECIALIST & AVEDA NEILL EDUCATOR
With eight years at Urbanbleu and three years as an Aveda Neill Color Educator, I bring a passion for all things color—especially blondes. I believe hair color should be lived-in, effortless, and customized for each guest. Whether it’s a bright blonde transformation or a soft, dimensional brunette, I love creating looks that enhance natural beauty.
Outside of the salon, you’ll find me with a coffee in hand, lost in a book, planning my next trip, or enjoying concerts, game nights with friends, and quality time with my family—including my two dogs and two cats. A little sarcasm and a lot of caffeine fuel my days, but making people feel their best is what truly inspires me. I’d love to help you achieve your dream hair—let’s make some magic happen!

I’m Hailey! I’m an enthusiast of all things art and expression, regardless of my expertise or understanding, but find myself most interested in fashion and music. I like to view life as a constant swirl of inspiration and you guys are a huge part of that for me! When I’m not being a hermit, you’ll find me in a thrift shop or soaking up the beauty of Northwest Arkansas.
As a stylist, cuts and extensions have brought me the most joy. However, the most rewarding part of my work is helping clients transform into their most beautiful and confident selves. Having been with UrbanBleu for five years, I couldn’t imagine a better place to continue honing my craft and connecting with amazing people like you!

Hi, I’m Alicia! I’ve always believed that great hair should feel as good as it looks, which is why I specialize in lived-in color, dimensional blondes and brunettes, and layered cuts that grow out beautifully. Whether you’re looking for a subtle, sun-kissed glow or a bold transformation, I love creating looks that feel effortless, natural, and completely you. My goal is for every client to leave my chair feeling confident, refreshed, and absolutely beautiful. Outside the salon, I love spending time with my husband, Andrew, and our son, Aidan. We have a Doberman named Gus, who keeps us on our toes! When I’m not chasing after him, you’ll usually find me quilting, playing Dungeons & Dragons with Aidan, or soaking up time outdoors. I truly value the connections I build with my clients, and I want every appointment to feel like a relaxed, enjoyable experience where you can unwind and feel pampered. AVEDA STYLIST/COLORIST
Hey, Wanda here. Texan turned Arkansan, I am coming up on 4 years here at UB. I specialize in hair cutting with a focus on shags, textured pixies and bobs, mullets and curly haircuts. On the color side of things, I enjoy creating low maintenance hair. Think blended blondes, rich brunettes and dimensional coppers, using different balayage and highlighting techniques to achieve bold color that doesn’t require constant upkeep.
A bit about me- My sweet husband and I have 2 perfect animal babies, and I will bring them up whenever the opportunity presents itself. When I’m not working, you can find me outside in the sun, bonus points if water is involved. I also have impeccable music taste and an unironic passion for fashion so please let me know about your favorite bands and thrift locations!
Above all else, my goal behind the chair is always to create a comfortable salon experience and give the people what they want- hot, sexy hair. I look forward to working with you!

I was a NWA transplant from Dallas and have slowly made my way out to a peaceful lot of land in Missouri. I’m usually spending my free time with my family and their posse of pets or appreciating the nature around me.
I’m grateful to be able to do what I’ve always had a passion for as my career. Making you feel radiant and seen is what I strive for in every appointment. Textured haircuts, special event makeup, alternative hair and all things vivid/ fashion colors are my favorite’s to do behind the chair.
